Digital Delivery Policy

Everything is digital

We sell digital files only. Nothing is ever shipped. There are no delivery charges, no tracking numbers and no waiting.

How you receive your product

The moment your payment succeeds:

1. Download buttons appear on screen on the order confirmation page
2. The same links are emailed to the address you entered at checkout
3. The files stay in your account permanently, under My Account → Downloads

You don’t need to wait for anything or contact us. It’s automatic.

If your email doesn’t arrive

Check spam and the Promotions tab first — that’s where it is 90% of the time. Also check you didn’t mistype your email at checkout.

If it’s genuinely missing, log in and go to My Account → Downloads— your files are there regardless of email. Still stuck? Email hello@digimartbyrohit.com with your order number and we’ll resend within a few hours.

Download limits

Each purchase allows 10 downloads. That’s generous for normal use — several devices, plus re-downloading later.

There is no expiry date Your files remain available in your account permanently. If you ever hit the download limit, just email us and we’ll reset it. No charge, no questions.

File formats and what you need

Every product page states the exact file format and any software required, before you buy.

Common ones:
– PDF — opens in any browser or phone, nothing to install
– ZIP— extract it first; Windows, Mac, Android and iOS all do this natively
– Canva templates — delivered as a link, opens in a free Canva account
– Notion templates— delivered as a link, duplicates into free Notion
– Excel / Google Sheets— works in Excel or free Google Sheets

Updates

When we improve a product, the updated file replaces the old one in your account at no cost, and we email you. You never buy the same product twice.

Technical problems

If a file won’t open, download or print correctly, email hello@digimartbyrohit.com with your order number and what you’re seeing. We’ll send a working file or a different format. This is our problem to solve, not yours.
