Instantly. The download link appears on the order confirmation page the moment payment succeeds, and the same link is emailed to you. Your files also stay in My Account → Downloads forever.
UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets — all through Razorpay, which is fully encrypted. We never see or store your card details.
Yes for most products. Each product page states its licence clearly — personal use or commercial use. Commercial licence means you can use it in client work and in products you sell. You may never resell the file itself as-is.
Nothing paid. PDFs open in any browser. Canva templates open in the free Canva account. Notion templates open in free Notion. Excel templates work in Excel or free Google Sheets. Every product page lists exactly what it needs.
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final. If a file is corrupted, wrong, or does not match its description, email us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Yes. When a product is improved, the updated file replaces the old one in your account at no extra cost. You will get an email when that happens.
