What you’re buying

When you buy a product here you’re buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the design or the file. We keep the copyright; you get broad permission to use it.

Every product page states which licence applies. If it doesn’t say, assume Personal Use.

Personal Use Licence

You may:
– Use it for yourself, your studies or your own household
– Print as many copies as you need for your own use
– Edit and customise it for yourself

You may not:
– Use it in a business or for commercial gain
– Share, send, upload or resell the file
– Use it in anything you sell

Commercial Use Licence

Most of our products carry this. You may:
– Use it in your own business, however you like
– Use it in client work and deliverables
– Customise it and use the result in products or services you sell
– Print and distribute physical copies you produce from it
– Use it in social media, ads and marketing

You may not:
– Resell, share or redistribute the original file, edited or not
– Sell it as a template, or include it in a bundle or product where the file itself is what’s being sold
– Upload it to any template marketplace, file-sharing site, Telegram group or Drive folder
– Claim you created the original design

The simple test: you can sell what you make with it. You can’t sell it.

What’s never allowed, on any licence

– Sharing your download link or account with anyone else
– Uploading files to public sites, forums, groups or cloud folders
– Using anything here for illegal, hateful or misleading purposes
– Removing or altering any copyright or attribution built into a file

Attribution

Not required. You don’t need to credit us. It’s appreciated but never expected.

Need something wider?

If you want to use a product in a way this policy doesn’t cover — a large team, an agency deploying it across many clients, embedding it in software — email hello@digimartbyrohit. Extended licences are usually straightforward and inexpensive.

If a licence is breached

We’ll ask you to stop and remove the material. If that doesn’t happen we may revoke your licence, close your account without refund, and pursue the matter further.

We’d much rather just talk to you. Most breaches are people who didn’t read this page, not bad actors.
